 With a high degree of stability, the Halicat is an ideal craft for parties and picnics as well as viewing Sydney Harbour spectacles. For the conference or convention organiser the Halicat with a cruising speed of around 20 Kts is well suited for passenger transfers around Sydney Harbour. Licensed passenger capacity 60 persons.

The Halicat is available on a day, half day or hourly basis as a bare boat for the BYO enthusiast or fully catered (buffet style) to suit all requirements.

These trips are designed for smaller exclusive & corporate groups who are looking for an opportunity to undertake a mix of reef & sports fishing for the day in and around Sydney Harbour.

Join Halicat Tours on Boxing Day for a boat’s eye view of the start of this prestigious yacht race BYO picnic

Experience at close range the boats as they make their way from the CYC at the beginning of the Sydney to Hobart yacht race, for the pre race preparations & manoeuvres. At 1pm the starters gun fires and the yacht race sends them all on their way in a mad rush to be first out the heads

After the start we will choose a nice secluded & sheltered anchorage to break out the picnics and maybe take a relaxing swim in Sydney Harbour

Pick up on the harbour:
South side at Rose Bay Ferry Wharf 10.00 hrs
North side at Lavender Bay Ferry Wharf 10.30 hrs
